This decoration has been handcrafted by a small family workshop in the Erzgebirge mountain region of Germany. Authentically made in the region that invented nutcrackers and Christmas tree decorations, you can be assured that it is a quality item made by skilled artisans.

Returns:

Despite our best efforts to check and pack everything with care, from time-to-time products may be damaged during the shipping process. We don't want you to worry though, if this happens, we can help!

Returns are easy. Please email hello@GermanChristmasShopUSA.com as soon as you become aware of an issue. Please send a photo of the item (if possible) so that we can see what has happened.

We will make arrangements for your item to be returned. Once it is received, we can assess and provide you with some options that may include repair, exchange or refund.
