Returns:

Despite our best efforts to check and pack everything with care, from time-to-time products may be damaged during the shipping process. We don't want you to worry though, if this happens, we can help!

Returns are easy. Please email hello@GermanChristmasShopUSA.com as soon as you become aware of an issue. Please send a photo of the item (if possible) so that we can see what has happened.

We will make arrangements for your item to be returned. Once it is received, we can assess and provide you with some options that may include repair, exchange or refund.

• When you order online with us, we charge your payment method at the.time of the order.
• Because of a significant amount of credit card fraud in the past, we do not pre-authorise cards and we do not ship goods until payment has been confirmed.
