2 - Everything ships from our USA HQ

We take the added step of importing everything from Germany and storing it locally here in the USA. This means that when you order, we can ship locally using UPS or USPS. Delivery times are much faster as a result.

 

It also means that we can offer free shipping on orders over $60, now that's great news!

 

3 - If something does go wrong, we have you covered!

When you buy from overseas, sometimes there is a risk of what can be done if something goes wrong...

Before shipping every order from our Christmas HQ in PA, we carefully check items by hand, making sure that the decorations and gifts you order are in the best possible condition.
