We ship using UPS and USPS. Shipping options provided to you are based upon your location.

Orders over $100 – Free

Orders up to $100 - $10

 

Shipping Rates - Canada (prices are in USD):

We ship to Canada using DHL Express. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional duties charged at the border.

Orders over $200 – Free

Orders $40 - $200 = $10

Orders up to $40 = $20

*Please note that we cannot ship to Post office box or locked bag addresses

Shipping FAQ’s - USA

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard Shipping - we ship using UPS and USPS ground service. This means your order will arrive:
  • Within two days of your order being shipped (East Coast USA)
  • Within three-5 days of your order being sent (Central USA)
  • Within 5-7 days of your order being sent (West Coast USA)

Are there faster shipping options?

Where faster services are available, they will be displayed as options during checkout. The availability of services depends upon your location.

Will I get a tracking number?

  • Yes! You will receive a tracking number once the parcel is sent.
  • The tracking number will be on your 'order sent' email

Will you tell me the status of my order?

  • We will keep you informed along the way to ensure you know when your order has left our store and to keep you informed along thew way.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship internationally using DHL Express. This means that you can expect to receive tyour items approximately 3-5 days after it is sent from our store

Will I get a tracking number?

  • Yes! You will receive a tracking number once the parcel is sent.
  • The tracking number will be on your 'order sent' email

Will you tell me the status of my order?

  • We will keep you informed along the way to ensure you know when your order has left our store and to keep you informed along thew way.

DHL Express shipments require signature on delivery

All DHL Express shipments require signature on delivery by default.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place through alerts sent by DHL. Please keep an eye on your inbox and SMS messages for DHL notifications after your parcel is sent.

What happens if I am not home to receive my package?

DHL have a number of options:

When you receive your tracking number, you can register your delivery preferences with DHL. This includes:

  • Providing additional instructions for delivery (e.g. instructions to leave at front door or under carport)
  • Changing the delivery address (e.g. from home to work)

If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, DHL will contact you and provide solutions that suit your needs.
